The prices on the form are indicative. We use designated bags to work out the exact price of the load by volume, and we confirm it all with you before we process it.

No. We work with your hotel so you can leave it at reception whenever suits you. We'll drop it back at reception, so all you have to do is pass through the lobby in your own time.

For an extra fee of 10 euros, we collect and return your laundry the same day. The collection does have to happen early in the morning, though, and delivery is usually late in the afternoon.

We collect and deliver on weekdays, morning or afternoon. If you write to us at the weekend, we'll put you down for collection the following Monday. You can also come by our shop in La Concepción and do the washing yourself — we're open every day of the year, from 7.00 to 22.00. Although there's someone in the shop for a few hours between Monday and Friday, it usually runs unstaffed at weekends. You can still call us or message us on WhatsApp: we offer remote support every day from 7.00 to 22.00.
