It depends on the machine and the programme you choose. Wash cycles take 30 minutes, and drying takes between 30 and 45 minutes. The door cannot be opened during washing, but during drying we recommend checking your laundry to make sure it comes out exactly how you want it.

Yes, feel free to step out and enjoy the neighbourhood, but make sure you return before the cycle ends to avoid any issues. If you’re away too long, our staff or another customer may place your laundry in a basket while you’re gone.
