Quite the opposite. At home it comes out clumped or damp inside; with plenty of room and a proper dry, it comes back fluffy.

We offer delicate programmes. Do make sure you tell us the right care instructions for your item, as some fabrics can shrink at high temperatures.

We wash sofa covers that come off, curtains and armchair throws. We don't clean fixed upholstery and we don't come to your home to scrub the sofa. If you like, you can call us to go through it in detail and confirm everything over the phone.
